IT IS ALL ABOUT SUSTAINABILITY AT SWIM WEEK 2020. BECAUSE THERE IS NO “PLANET B”

COMPANIES EMBRACING – SUSTAINABLITY DURING MIAMI SWIM WEEK ARE SWIM THE GLOBE’S ECO WORLD LUXE LAB & ACTIVATION AT THE SAGAMORE (ECO WALLA*). THIS WILL INCLUDE TRUNK SHOWS, INFORMAL MODELING, APOTHECARY, EMPORIUM & POP UP SHOPS.  ALSO MOVE THE WORLD CELEBRITY DJ LAUNCH, IGNYTE’S TV DEBUT AND PHILANTHROPIC VIP RECEPTIONS JULY 11 – 16.  ECO FASHION IS MORE THAN A TREND, IT IS DISRUPTING FAST FASHION BY ADVANCING INDIVIDUAL STATEMENTS AND SOCIAL CHANGE.  IT’S ONLY NATURAL, BECAUSE THERE IS NO “PLANET B”. SAVING THE PLANET, STYLISHLY.

Miami Beach/FAD.D- FL –  Miami Swim Week, celebrating its 30th year as a  global gathering of designer swim wear and resort fashion collections, around-the-clock  pop up runway shows and a robust tradeshow in the 21st Century version of the Miami Beach Convention Center is set for July 11 through the 16th throughout the mainland and Miami Beach.

“Fashion forward events more and more are where trends are less defined today be ateliers than sartorial statements seen on the global sidewalks,” says Kacie S. owner of Pure Lorriane and a recent guest at the Portland, Oregon Sustainable Fashion Forum. https://www.thesustainablefashionforum.com/

Miami Beach will host events embracing sustainability that include Frank DeLour’s Move the World campaign at the Sagamore and the launch of Ignyte TV at the Arkup. Philanthropic Receptions such as Miami Splash: Dive into Fashion VI, Saturday, July 13 from 5pm-9pm, benefiting the Mission Possible Foundation (http://missionp.org/site/) underpinning Venezuela relief efforts. The posh party  at the Fairwind Hotel Miami features six designers and is open to the public with a substantial donation requested.

Young At Art Museum, Rainbow Humanitarian Caretaker Foundation, Protect Animals World Wide and Redland Rock Pit are among the beneficiaries of an awareness building campaign being undertaken by Media Partners AdAvenueGroup/Forbes France, Medical Innovations Group, the Ultimate Island Guide, https://www.ultimateislandguide.com/ and Gary Kirk Brown Photography.

Key media partners include Gary Kirk Brown Photography, fresh off the runway at New York Fashion Week and the world class Miami Beach based International Black Film Festival.

Commemorating  years in development “The Ultimate Island Cause” is setting sail,  during “sustainable ” Swim Week 2019. The Ultimate Island Guide ™ is committed to protecting the natural beauty of islands and their surrounding marine environments; by promoting island conservation and supporting local marine experts.

Founder Michael Faircloth has vested his adult life in bringing conservation consciousness to travelers interested in the marine environment. As a 4th Generation Floridian and steward of pristine beaches throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, Hawaii, South Florida and beyond, the protection of our planet’s liquid assets is in Faircloth’s DNA. He can be found living off the grid on a sailboat where the Ultimate Island Guide is powered entirely from solar power.

Uber Promoter, Daniel “Beatles on the Beach” Hartwell – is jumping into  the sustainable SWIM WEEK fray. Author of the critically claimed Saint John Lennon, and entrepreneur, says his new take on technology meets elevating mindful awareness with LUX Projection Mapping, the brain child of John and Hannah Lennon.

A technique that turns objects with irregular shapes into a display surface for video projection, Plans are in the works to produce and project a full scale IMAX style clip on the demolished building (RITZ Hotel) adjacent to the Sagamore Hotel. The 3D Style digital video  will replicate a building impacted by pollution, sea level rise and ravaged by a dystopian toxicity, because “seeing is believing” and because there is no PLAN(ET) B.
